A. Michelle Fish, CEO

A. Michelle Fish is Chief Executive Officer of Integra Staffing and Bankston Partners.  As CEO, she brings to bear an extraordinary track record of professional experience in the nation’s $70 billion staffing and executive search industry coupled with hands-on knowledge of the recruitment, hiring, and staffing process and the challenges businesses face in establishing, motivating, and retaining an effective and productive workforce.

In 2009 she achieved her goal of founding a non-profit organization that focuses on diversity and inclusion in the workplace.  The purpose of The Diversity Forum is to connect business leaders for the purpose of exchanging ideas on how diversity and inclusion can spur innovation and create sustainable growth opportunities.  The organization hosts networking/speaking events, workshops, and seminars on a number of topics.

Her personal and professional commitment to bettering the community runs deep. Michelle serves on the board of various organizations throughout the community including Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) where she leads the Accelerator Group, a division within EO that helps young entrepreneurs’ fast track their businesses.   She is also a Board Member of The Light Factory, The Cypress of Charlotte, and NC Insurance Fund; as well as VP of the Charlotte Area Society of Human Resource Management. Previous board positions include the Community Health Organization and A Child’s Place. 

Michelle is recognized as one of Charlotte’s leading small business owners.  Her personal recognitions include the Charlotte Business Journal’s “Top 25 Women in Business” and “40 Under 40” recognitions; the Charlotte Business Leader’s “Mover & Shaker”, “Women Extraordinaire”, and “Top 50 Entrepreneur”; and the Mecklenburg Times “50 Most Influential Women in Charlotte”. Michelle is also a 2011 and 2012 ATHENA Award Finalist.

Michelle holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Purdue University. Along with growing her company, Michelle also juggles a very full home life raising her 2 children (Kylie, 14 and Bankston, 10).
